こんにちは!!!! 私の名前はシャビールで、イギリス出身です。私はメキシコのグアダラハラに住んでいます。ここには11年間住んでおり、私立学校で英語を教えるかたわら、インテル、HP、オラクルなどの企業でビジネス英語も教えています。 英語教師として15年以上の経験があり、教えることが大好きです。生徒たちが英語を練習することで自信をつけていくのを見るのがとても嬉しいです。
私は旅行が大好きで、新しい人々に出会い、他の文化を知ることに興味があります。私は中国、ケニア、インド、イスラエル、ヨーロッパ、アメリカを旅行し、現在はメキシコに住んでいます。私は生徒たちとも経験を共有し、よく他の文化について話し合います。 私の余暇には、ランニング、水泳、自転車に乗ることを楽しんでいます。また、ジムに行くのも好きです。音楽は私の大きな情熱で、良い音楽には飽きることがありません!! これが、私がクラスでたくさんの音楽を使う理由です。

Hello!!!! My name is Shabbir and I'm from the UK. I live in Guadalajara, Mexico. I have been living here for 11 years and I teach English at a private school and also business English at companies such as Intel, HP and Oracle. I have been teaching English for over 15 years and I love teaching and seeing my students get confidence by practicing their English.
I love travelling and meeting new people and getting to know other cultures. I have travelled to China, Kenya, India, Israel, Europe, USA and now living in Mexico. I also share my experiences with my students, and we often talk about other cultures. In my spare time, I run, swim and ride my bike. I also enjoy going to the gym. Music is a big passion of mine; I can't get enough of good music!! This is the reason that I use a lot of music in my class.

My style can differ if it's a beginner class or an advanced class. I am very patient and take the needs of the students into consideration. The class is very student focused with a lot of student speaking time. I try to make the class fun but making sure that the student leaves the class feeling that they have learnt something. I do focus on grammar tenses and pronunciation spending time to explain form and meaning by giving clear explanations and examples followed by practice. In class, I will use Ted Talks, podcasts, games, music and other activities to make the class interactive and dynamic.
