I possess more than 20 years of English teaching experience, covering offline courses across China and Southeast Asia, as well as online tutoring sessions. Before stepping into education, I built my career in IT, semiconductor sector, internet service and personal computer manufacturing fields. I also have profound enthusiasm for photography, theatre and television performance, and managed an entertainment business in the United States for a decade. My Chinese name (金龍) I’m Jin Long, an experienced English tutor with rich global life and career stories. I’ve lived and traveled widely across Europe, America, China and Southeast Asia, including Thailand, Cambodia, Indonesia, Vietnam and Malaysia. My wife is from Inner Mongolia, making China my beloved long-term home. I worked for 16 years in Silicon Valley, engaging in IT engineering and semiconductor industries. Later I settled in China and devoted myself to English teaching. I own diverse professional experiences beyond teaching: professional photographer, film & commercial actor who filmed at Hengdian World Studios, American theater troupe director, voice actor, and travel vlogger.
