Hello! My name is Minty. I'm originally from the UK and I have been living in Bulgaria for the last 11 years. For almost 10 years I have been working online teaching English to children and adults. As well as being a language teacher I am also a student learning a new language (Bulgarian) so I am very understanding of the struggles it brings! I can empathize with my students which helps me to be patient and kind. I look forward to meeting you, learning about your culture and helping you with your English goals!
I live in the Bulgarian countryside and have a small farm where I grow vegetables and take care of many animals, including chickens, rabbits, a dog and a cat! I love to travel and meet new people and I have travelled to many different countries around the world, including countries in South East Asia, Europe and Australia. I also love to cook and try new foods, especially using the fruit and vegetables from my garden! Some of my other interests include reading, yoga, hiking, arts and crafts and sustainable living.

I am relaxed, easy-going and open to conversation with you in order to improve your confidence and fluency in English. I am also TEFL qualified and have over 7 years experience teaching English, so I will also be able to help you with basic grammar mistakes during our classes. We will focus on communication as well as refining your accuracy. My accent is neutral British so we can work together to better your pronunciation.
