🌎 About Me: I'm a Filipino-American from New York City, currently living in Southeast Asia. I have a background in Biological Sciences, executive management, and operations in the tech industry, studied Spanish and Latin, and have been a Cambly tutor since May 2017-more than 9 years!!! 🎵 My Music: After working in tech operations all my adult life, I became a full-time independent songwriter and music producer! Just search for me on any music streaming app ("Raz Failagao") or social media platform ("Razzy Da SoundCat")! 🥳 Check out my latest music video ("There's Nothing I Won't Do") and my YouTube channel here: • Music Video: https://youtu.be/SiKCL-s8leQ?si=zvVsSFJ_xB6JpnEY • YT Channel: https://www.youtube.com/@RazzyDaSoundCat 🎧 YouTube Music: https://music.youtube.com/channel/UCeTi0-nQM3DNHjirsZotODg 💖 My Values: My classroom is a safe, supportive, and open-minded space. I am patient and kind, but I have zero tolerance for hate, bigotry, racism, or abuse. I fully support equal rights and your freedom to live how you want. 📌 CLASSROOM GUIDELINES 👦 Ages: 15+ years old ONLY. 📈 Level: Intermediate to Advanced ONLY. 🗣️ Expectation: Please speak in complete sentences. 🧪 Evidence-Based: In scientific discussions, grand claims require proof. Without data, statements are treated strictly as opinions. 🎯 IELTS Prep: I am much stricter during IELTS practice to help you hit your target score. Don't take it personally—it's to help you succeed! 🗓️ RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATIONS ⚠️ New Students: Please reply to my confirmation message after booking. This is to make sure your account is still active. 🛑 No Recurring Lessons: My schedule fluctuates, so please book manually on a weekly basis. ✅ Manage Your Own Cancellations: Please only book classes you can attend, and try to cancel 24+ hours in advance. I will NOT cancel classes for you (tutors get penalized for late cancellations). 🤝 Be Mindful: If you miss a class or cancel late, you lose minutes, tutors lose time AND do not get paid, and other students lose out on that slot. Please cancel yourself as soon as you know you can't attend (tutors get punished if they cancel for you), even if it's last minute! Thanks so much and have a great day!
