Hello, I currently live in Mexico. I have been teaching for 20 years here with children and youth in elementary and secondary schools and also on after school programs. And with adults assisting with English conversation skills, business and any exam prep. I have taught English online for 4 years to children in China and as an Elementary online teacher in the USA for 1 year. I formerly worked as a nurse in Ireland, U.S, Australia and the U.K. for 12 years in hospitals and later in natural medicine, as a healing therapist /nurse. I enjoy getting to know new people, listening to their life stories and interests. I enjoy making classes fun & diverse, touching on many topics, exploring and learning new areas & skills. I look forward to working with you to become fluent in your English speaking journey through a process that feels right for you.
I've worked in Education for 20 years. Enjoy exploring more effective ways for students to explore what matters most and to be able to materialize this into the world. I am interested in natural medicine, meditation, Earth Medicine Spirituality & Healing, community work and also indigenous people's way of life.

I would describe my teaching style as coaching. Instead of offering answers to my students, I try to ask the right questions, and with the help of demonstration and different activities you can find the answers, this supports critical thinking and creativity.
