I am from the United Kingdom however, I now live over in beautlful Bulgalria, in North East Europe, with my lovely family. I enjoy travelling and have a passion for learning and teaching. In fact, I am currently teaching myself several languages, so I am aware of the struggles and challenges learning can create. I have worked in the field of Customer Service for many years now so used to having a structured format, whilst still having fun.
