Hello!
Hello, I am Michelle Hessenauer. I have been teaching children, teenagers and adults since 2006. I have taught both at language institutes, international schools and online. It has been quite an adventure over the years teaching in South Korea, UK, Oman, Kazakhstan, Bulgaria and now I live in Ecuador which is my favourite country!
I am a mother and a grandmother so I have had many life experiences which have made me a better person, teacher and professional. I have developed intuition for my students and have a sense when they don't understand. I will lead them through each lesson with encouragement and patience .

My lessons are student centred and I like my students to be very involved and active in my lessons by asking questions or making suggestions. My teaching style usually depends on each individual student and their needs, ability and goals. Once I get to know my students I use the best strategies for the individual.
