Hello!

Do you struggle with English? Is pronunciation a tongue twister for you? Or maybe it’s the little details of English grammar that are hard for you? Hey! You’re not alone! Working with me, you’ll find it comfortable, supportive and FUN while getting the guidance you need to sound like you’ve been speaking English your whole life! Learning about new places and new people will open up so many topics for us to discuss. I have a lifetime of travel, healthcare experience, love for the outdoors and for animals – just a sampling of subjects we can talk about if you want. Your travels mean more conversation opportunities for us! You choose the topic. You want to work with someone who is a good listener and will gently correct your mistakes. You’ve come to the right place! I have the patience and teaching experience to help you with grammar, pronunciation or understanding the expressions we use in English. Do you have trouble expressing yourself in certain situations? We can work on that, too! When we’re done, you’ll be confident making presentations and speaking in public! Working with me you’ll see yourself moving closer and closer to the English goals you define for yourself. We are a team, but you are the team leader. We’ll have lots to talk about so go ahead – book a session with me and let’s get started!

I've lived in many areas of the United States and Canada, and traveled to several places around the world. I've been in healthcare for 30 years and look forward to spending more time with my dog, on the road and traveling to even more new places! I've also been involved with Disaster Response and Search and Rescue teams for quite awhile and find that very rewarding. I love being outdoors, enjoying all the activities you might think of....skiing, hiking, riding my bike! A life-long love of horses has led me to working with many therapeutic riding programs. I love teaching and helping others to learn, whatever subject that might be for them!
