Hello everyone, Thankyou for taking the time to read about me. I come from a Fashion Management, Buying and Design background and spent my career working in Luxury Fashion in London. There I developed and trained very large teams of personnel and through this work developed my love of teaching training and coaching and helping people achieve their career goals. I have a very warm friendly personality and love meeting and mixing with people of all age groups, cultures and professions. I aim to make learning English enjoyable, interactive and relevant to real life situations and the student's academic studies and career. My teaching approach is patient, encouraging and very supportive. I believe anyone can succeed with the right guidance and I'm here to help you every step of the way. I specialise in building students confidence and mentor many students; helping them unlock their full potential and gain success in their careers.
I live in a very beautiful and remote village in Southern Spain surrounded by spectacular mountains and scenery so I relish the opportunity to meet and communicate with new contacts. Life here is a complete contrast to my very busy professional roles in Fashion in London. In my free time I run a small Interior Design Consultancy. I have a large garden which is a constant source of happiness and pleasure. I enjoy pottering and maintaining the garden and creating a colourful Mediterranean haven where plants, trees, animals and birds can thrive .

Teaching Style
I adapt my teaching style and content depending on the level and needs of the student. However I would describe it as a coaching style, asking lots of questions and getting students to formulate the answers themselves even if the answers are wrong it's important you feel comfortable making mistakes as this offers valuable opportunities to learn. I make classes relaxed, fun but with a purpose, especially for the very young. I also provide a wide range of practical tools you can use outside class for vocabulary building, speaking strategies and structured speaking and reading practice. My goal is not just to teach English but to make you an independent confident communicator.
