Hi my name is Lucie. I am a native resident of the United States of America. And I love language. I have had a college-grade vocabulary since middle school. And continue to work on my communication and teaching methods. One way is by attending a class on public speaking each week. Our choice of words can have a large impact on the way we effectively communicate with those in the world around us. Whether it's an essay for a homework assignment, or being able to collaborate with others on a group project. Knowing the right words we need can help us to convey what we are truly thinking. I look forward to meeting you; it’s always fun to make new friends all around the world.
Some of my hobbies are creative writing, singing, painting, and drawing. I also love to get outdoors, with hiking being one of my favorite pass times. Traveling and exploring wherever I can.

It’s important to teach with a smile. My teaching goal is to help my students to expand there vocabulary by offering alternative word choices during casual conversation. For example suggesting a word like “Exhausted” as an alternative to the words “Very Tired.” By increasing our vocabulary it takes our conversation skills to the next level, because it allows us to convey exactly what we are thinking; instead of just speaking in broad generalizations. But most important is for learning to be fun. And done in a way that is tailored to the specific students interests or needs. Because it is always more enjoyable to work on something that is interesting and helpful to you.
