I have about ten years of experience in customer-facing roles, and through those roles, I learned how essential effective communication is. I have many interests, and I love to learn. I have a master's in business administration and two music degrees. My hobbies and interests include creating Youtube content, singing in the choir, watching anime, excercising, and studying the Japanese language.
