Hello! My name is Teacher Jerod. I am from the state of Pennsylvania in the United States. I graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2012, majoring in International Studies. Since then, I have been living between Spain and Morocco, where I have been teaching English classes for young learners, teens, and adults. My classes are educational, fun, and energetic. In my free time, I enjoy the outdoors; hiking, swimming, scuba diving, running and drawing. When I am back home, in Pennsylvania, I love spending time with my two nieces. Together, we bake sweets, play video games, and I'm teaching the older one how to drive a car. I'm excited to chat with you!

Teaching Style
While I personally don't have one particular preference, I find that the Presentation Practice Production approach is a fantastic basis to any lesson plan; however, I also embrace elements of Task-Based Learning, Communicative Language Teaching, and the Silent Way. Above all, for me, it is important to keep in mind that fun and communication should take precedence because, from there, it is possible to fine-tune any aspect of English.
