Hello. I am tutor Bernabe. I am from America, but I have not lived in America for over 5 years. I have learned a lot just because I am curious about a lot of things. Curiosity is the reason why I started teaching. My life’s journey has pushed me to think differently than most people. My different thoughts may be controversial to some people. I have learned so much that I wanted to start sharing the things that I have learned. I like the journey that my curiosity has showed me, and I know I will be able to understand the conversation you would like to have. Let's talk. You will do a lot of talking in my class. Because of all your talking that you will do in class, 30 minute classes are the best. I can not have classes that are longer than 30 minutes. Because I need to se your facial expressions, it is better to have your camera on. I can not have class with a student who does not have their camera on. I do not have any curriculum for children.
I have learned how to build websites, fix automobiles, fill out tax forms, make music with digital equipment, audio and video compression, invest in the Forex Markets and many more things. I have learned all these things because I was curious. Curiosity has put me where I am at, today. I have learned so much that I thought I would start to teaching. I was always teaching friends, and family and one day I thought I would start teaching professionally. About three years ago, I started teaching children the English language and I fell in love with teaching English. With my current knowledge, I was able to communicate with my students in a way that made them want to learn to verbally talk to me more. It is a lot of fun. You will do a lot of talking in my class. I am not here to teach you the way I think you should be taught. I am here to find the best way for you to learn and become more comfortable with speaking the English language. My strongest teaching skill is with beginners who want to learn verbal communication. I think verbal dialog is a very important necessity when learning another language. Prepare to talk and ask questions in my class. I have been learning Spanish because I now live in a Spanish-speaking country. Likewise, I know how difficult it can be to communicate without feeling unworthy. Learning English words and sentences are great, but I would like to make sure you know how to use those English words and learn to create the best sentences. You will do a lot of talking in my class.
