Hello!
Hello, my name is Kim and I am super excited to get the opportunity to work with Cambly and teach non-English speaking students how to read and speak English with confidence. I have many years experience doing just this, and my previous/current students find me to be very energetic, fun, and knowledgeable about the English language. I love to engage in conversation and learn about you and your culture as well. I look forward to seeing you in my classroom!
I have a daughter who has graduated college and is living on her own, and I have my big dog Apollo who is my best friend. I enjoy playing games and taking Apollo for walks and reading books.

Teaching Style
I enjoy getting to know my students a little so we can make class fun. I very much like to laugh and work hard at getting students to relax and enjoy their learning. Learning should be fun so that we can remember the skills better, and students will want to practice them at home. I believe in scaffolding a lesson when students struggle with a particular area and finding relevant items to use in my classroom to help them understand the English definition and concepts.
