Hello!
Hello! I am a soon to be retired school teacher with many years experience teaching students of all ages. I have taught a variety of subjects, but I most enjoy teaching history, geography, and current events. I love to travel and look forward to making new friends from around the world.
In addition to being the proud mother of five adult children, I have also served as the host parent for five foreign exchange students. Each lived with me and my youngest son for ten months while attending high school in the United States. I enjoyed spending time with each of them and was happy to assist them in developing their language skills. I remain in touch with all of them and think of them as part of my extended family.

My teaching style is very relaxed. I have been a teacher for many years and have learned that encouragement is the best way to help a student progress. All students learn differently, and I believe I am skilled at discerning the optimal approach for each individual. Students come to Cambly by choice and I would expect them to set the pace and intensity of the lessons.
