Hello!
I specialize in speaking skills so I encourage students to speak freely in order to develop confidence and discuss any topic, whether it be formal (business/academic/professional) or informal. But of course I can correct errors in speech and give students more natural expressions.
I have been an online ESL coach for more than 10 years. I started out teaching Japanese students which is why I use "sensei" as a title, meaning "teacher". Now aside from helping students improve their English speaking skills both casual and formal, I have also received training in basic counselling and facilitation which I use during my lessons. I also provide support to those who are experiencing difficulties, especially in the workplace, while being able to discuss business topics as that is an interest of mine. I am keen on developing students' presentation skills as well. And recently, I have received my certification as a life coach. On top of those skills, I speak and study other foreign languages. I have conversational abilities in French and Italian, and I am currently studying Arabic. I understand how difficult it is to learn other languages, so I can also share some pointers. I connect well with all kinds of students, especially university students and educators.

Aside from conversation practice, I also facilitate article discussions. In addition, I enjoy teaching business English, academic presentation skills and prepping students for interviews and speeches. If you need someone to help you edit your writing, then I can assist you with that during the lesson time. Currently, I ONLY accept new students who are ADULTS. I can also help with assignments by giving feedback -- but the student MUST provide the answers.
