Hello!
I am an experienced English teacher who tailors my lessons to my students' levels, interests and goals. I want students to learn and have fun!
I am currently doing my Master in Counselling Psychology and teaching on Cambly. Besides psychology, my other passion is writing. I have ghost written a number of books and have personally written three novels. I also spend lots of time in the kitchen cooking different meals. I am very creative and love making things - from paintings to carpets to stuffed toys. I love staying active doing Crossfit and being in the outdoors walking, biking, swimming and stand up paddle boarding. I have lived in 4 different countries and am always plotting my next trip!

I firstly try to understand the level of my student and what the student wants out of their lesson. I then access resources to aid in the attainment of that goal. For instance, if I have a young learner who is just starting to learn the language, I would pick a topic and work on learning vocabulary and grammar, practicing what we learnt and then playing a game. For an adult who wants to learn business English, I would familiarize myself with their industry and position and cover related vocabulary during a session. Above all I would maintain a fun and relaxed approach to teaching and learning so that the student has fun!
