Hello!
I am an English teacher, writer and proof reader. I help with speaking fluent English, and academic writing such as essays or dissertations. I speak other languages and so I know the challenges students of English face.
I am big on English, Scottish and Irish culture and history. I have lived all around the UK and I work at a number of music and literary festivals. I am a writer and a proof reader or editor. I love the English language, and I speak French and Dutch which are both languages that English is based on. I also speak basic Chinese. I also love cycling and discovering old buildings and street art.

Even if we do not use the Cambly lessons, I will push your vocabulary and knowledge of phrases. Whether you are learning English for fun, for work or for your studies, I want you to get to where you want to be. I speak other languages, so I know how nerve wracking it is to speak with a native speaker. I speak as slowly and clearly as you need, and I write words and phrases in the chat facility for you to see and learn. I have a big sense of humour so prepare to laugh in my lessons.
