I've been a public school teacher in grades 2-12 for 34 years. I've taught ESL to children and adults. I am successful teaching all levels.
In my free time, I enjoy reading, running, sewing, and being outdoors whether it's exercising, gardening, or at the beach. I have cats as pets. My children are all grown and have success in their lives. They live all over USA. I've traveled to London because my mother is a British native. I traveled to Japan in 2018 while my son lived there.

As an English teacher, my goal is to meet students' needs, so I adjust the content to students' goals. Learning language involves risk-taking, so it's vital that I create a respectful, relaxed and positive atmosphere. I'm generally a happy person who enjoys languages, words, and diverse cultures, so I consider helping people learn English fun!
