As a 1st Generation Colombian-American, I was born, raised and educated in the American Culture, as well as the Education System all while being nurtured by my parents Colombian roots and traditions. At a very young age, my older siblings served as English/Spanish interpreters, being the voices for my parents, until the torch was passed down to me at the tender age of 11. Whenever Spanish-speaking relatives would come visit my parents in the United States, I would be the one they wanted to spend most of their time with because of my curious, charismatic personality, in wanting to help them learn how to speak conversational English. So with regards to my “Teaching Experience”, I have acquired my foundational “Degree of Serving & Elevating Others” from the “Academic School of Life”. I enjoy mentoring students, over the age of 18, who already have "Intermediate to Advanced" English conversational and comprehensive skills.
