Interesses: Hello, my name is Abby! I am a versatile and compassionate tutor with 4 years of teaching experience. I have a Bachelor of Science in Education with a specialty in Early Childhood Special Education (k- age 8). I am certified to teach in the state of Arizona and absolutely love being a tutor and teacher. Teaching has brought me great joy and I hope I will be able to bring my students the joy of learning! I became an educator because I love to be a part of success and ensuring quality education. I am a tutor because watching connections, understanding, and growth happen with students is one of the most rewarding things in my life. I love online teaching because it allows me to be able to help more students reach their academic goals. I have tutored grades 1st-6th as well as taught grades preK-8th. I was also an AZELLA (Arizona English Language Learner) District Test Coordinator and have experience working with English Learner students. I am skilled at teaching English, language arts, and reading. I am proficient in employing constant communication, patience, and positive reinforcement.
