Profession: Retired university administrator and professional communication and language instructor.
Teaching Experience: I've taught as a sessional instructor for the School of Professional Communication at Ryerson University. Courses included Communication for the Engineering Profession, Business Communication, Writing for New Media and Professional Communication. I can also help with job interviews, resumes and letters, as well as copywriting projects like websites and reports.
Interests: I recently read online that in order for us to experience a "good life" it is important that we find three hobbies that you love: one to earn money, one to stay in shape, and one that allows you to be creative. I enjoy cooking, watching movies, listening to music (I'm currently listening to lots of Reggaeton), and plenty of physical activity. I also love teaching and I especially love teaching English.
Education: I have a Master's degree from Ryerson/York Universities in Communication & Culture with a focus on Public Health Communication. My undergradaute degree is in Cultural Anthropology with another major in History of Western Society & Culture. I also have ESL certification from Oxford Seminars with a specialization in teaching business English.
Spoken Languages: English (Native)
