Teaching Experience: I am currently living in Spain and I have been teaching English as a second language here for the past 5 and a half years. I have worked with children and adults of all ages and levels in private international schools and adult language academies. I have taught English through a manner of different styles, including TIE (theatre in education), formal grammar lessons and interactive English, eg. an actual trip to the market to learn fruit vocabulary.
Interests: I love yoga, I think its a great way to stay in tune with yourself and the universe. I am a big animal lover (my house is starting to look like a zoo with all the foster animals we keep taking in!) Cooking is also a passion of mine, I love to cook for my family and friends and enjoy warm summer evenings in our garden! My weakness is a family sized bar of chocolate to myself and a bubble bath at the end of the day!
Education: I attained my undergraduate degree in Drama in the Community from University in England, I then came to Spain, and studied on site for my PGCE (teacher qualification) at an international school in Marbella. I also hold a TEFL certificate for teaching English as a second language.
Spoken Languages: English (Native), Spanish (Fluent), Romanian (Basic)
