Kinh nghiệm giảng dạy: I started teaching English for academic purposes in January of 2008, preparing students for the CAEL examinations. In 2009 I moved to Costa Rica and taught business English for about a year. In 2010 I began working at a language institute, teaching both academic and general English, as well as specialized conversational and pronunciation courses. Over the next 6 years in Costa Rica I also tutored privately for anything ranging from conversation to TOEFL preparation.

Sở thích: I love food - both eating and cooking it. I really enjoy trying different cuisines, so I'd like to hear about what people eat in their countries. I also love traveling. I'm excited to meet new people and learn about their cultures, and hopefully discover my next destination. Some of my other hobbies are reading, playing guitar, and watching movies. I try to keep fit by running everyday, and I like to surf (or try to).

Giáo dục: I did my bachelor's degree in English and Spanish at Memorial University. I received my CELTA certificate from the International Language Institute in Nova Scotia.
