① 당사는 개인정보 보유기간의 경과, 처리목적 달성 등 개인정보가 불필요하게 되었을 때에는 지체없이 해당 개인정보를 파기합니다.

③ 개인정보 파기의 절차 및 방법은 다음과 같습니다.

2. 파기방법 : 전자적 파일 형태로 기록·저장된 개인정보는 기록을 재생할 수 없도록 파기하며, 종이 문서에 기록·저장된 개인정보는 분쇄기로 분쇄하거나 소각하여 파기합니다.
① 귀하는 당사에 대해 언제든지 개인정보 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지 요구 등의 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다.
※ 만 14세 미만 아동에 관한 개인정보의 열람 등 요구는 법정대리인이 직접 해야 하며, 만 14세 이상의 미성년자의 개인정보에 관하여 미성년자 본인이 권리를 행사하거나 법정대리인을 통하여 권리를 행사할 수도 있습니다.
② 권리 행사는 당사에 대해 「개인정보 보호법」 시행령 제41조 제1항에 따라 서면, 전자우편, 모사전송(FAX) 등을 통하여 하실 수 있으며, 당사는 이에 대해 지체없이 조치하겠습니다.
③ 권리 행사는 귀하의 법정대리인이나 위임을 받은 자 등 대리인을 통하여 하실 수도 있습니다. 이 경우 “개인정보 처리 방법에 관한 고시(제2020-7호)” 별지 제11호 서식에 따른 위임장을 제출하셔야 합니다.
④ 개인정보 열람 및 처리정지 요구는 「개인정보 보호법」 제35조 제4항, 제37조 제2항에 의하여 귀하의 권리가 제한 될 수 있습니다.
⑤ 개인정보의 정정 및 삭제 요구는 다른 법령에서 그 개인정보가 수집 대상으로 명시되어 있는 경우에는 그 삭제를 요구할 수 없습니다.
⑥ 당사는 귀하의 권리에 따른 열람의 요구, 정정·삭제의 요구, 처리 정지의 요구 시 열람 등 요구를 한 자가 본인이거나 정당한 대리인인지를 확인합니다.
⑦ 만 19세 미만 미성년자의 경우 법정 대리인 동의를 얻어 당사 서비스를 사용할 수 있으며,당사는 만 14세 미만 아동에 대해 법정대리인의 동의 여부를 확인합니다. 만 19세 미만 미성년자는 법정 대리인의 동의 없이 당사에 개인 정보를 제공하지 마시기 바랍니다. 그렇지 않을 경우 당사는 귀하의 개인 정보 수집 및 처리에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
① 당사는 귀하가 별도로 동의한 경우에 한하여 귀하의 수업 녹음(음성 및 영상), 녹취록 및 관련 수업 콘텐츠를 AI 모델 학습에 이용합니다. 학습된 AI 모델은 신규 제품 및 기능 개발을 포함하여 당사의 현재 및 향후 제품과 서비스에 이용될 수 있습니다.
② 귀하는 동의를 거부하실 수 있으며, 동의하지 않으시더라도 AI 기능을 포함한 서비스 이용에는 제한이 없습니다.
③ AI 모델 학습에 이용되는 개인정보는 회원 탈퇴 시 또는 동의 철회 시까지 보유 및 이용됩니다.
④ 귀하는 언제든지 개인정보 설정 또는 [email protected]을 통하여 동의를 철회하실 수 있습니다. 동의하지 않거나 동의를 철회하신 경우, 귀하의 개인정보는 그 이후 AI 모델 학습에 이용되지 않습니다.
⑤ AI 모델 학습은 당사가 직접 수행하며, 학습 데이터는 아래 업체가 제공하는 미국 소재 인프라에서 보관 및 처리됩니다. 해당 업체는 호스팅 및 컴퓨팅 인프라만 제공하며, 귀하의 개인정보에 접근하거나 자체 AI 모델 학습 등 자체 목적으로 이용하지 않습니다.

⑥ 만 18세 미만 이용자의 개인정보는 AI 모델 학습에 이용하지 않습니다.
⑦ 당사가 학습된 AI 모델을 제3자에게 제공하거나 외부 업체를 통해 AI 모델 학습을 수행하는 경우, 사전에 고지하고 별도로 동의를 받겠습니다.
⑧ 당사가 합병, 영업양도 등으로 개인정보를 이전하는 경우, 관련 법령에 따라 사전에 그 사실을 알려드립니다. 이 경우 귀하의 AI 모델 학습 동의는 개인정보를 이전받는 자에게 승계되며, 이전받는 자는 귀하가 동의한 목적의 범위에서만 개인정보를 이용할 수 있습니다.

① We process and retain personal information within the period agreed upon by you at the time of collection or as required by relevant laws and regulations.
② The specific periods for processing and retaining personal information are as follows:
1. Membership Registration and Management: Until the membership is terminated.
However, in cases falling under the following circumstances, until the respective period ends:
1) If an investigation or inquiry is ongoing due to a violation of relevant laws, until the investigation or inquiry is concluded.
2) If there are remaining debts or claims arising from the use of the website, until the settlement of such debts or claims.
2. Service Provision: Until the supply of goods/services is completed and the payment/settlement of fees is finalized.
However, in cases falling under the following circumstances, until the respective period ends:
1) Records related to display/advertising, contract details, and execution as per the 「Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce」.

① We promptly destroy personal information that is no longer needed due to the expiration of the retention period or the achievement of the processing purpose.
② If the retention period agreed upon by you has expired, or the processing purpose has been achieved, but the personal information must be preserved according to other laws, the relevant personal information is moved to a separate database (DB) or stored in a different location.
③ The procedures and methods for destroying personal information are as follows:
1. Destruction Procedures: We select the personal information that needs to be destroyed and obtain approval from our Personal Information Protection Officer before proceeding with the destruction.
2. Destruction Methods: Personal information recorded and stored in electronic file formats is destroyed in such a way that it cannot be recovered. Personal information recorded and stored in paper documents is shredded or incinerated to ensure complete destruction.
① You have the right to request access, correction, deletion, and suspension of processing of your personal information at any time.
※ For personal information of children under 14 years old, the legal representative must make the request directly. For minors aged 14 and older, the minors themselves can exercise their rights or do so through their legal representative.
② The rights can be exercised through written documents, email, fax, etc., in accordance with Article 41, Paragraph 1 of the Enforcement Decree of the Personal Information Protection Act. We will take immediate action upon such requests.
③ The exercise of rights can also be done through a legal representative or a delegated agent. In this case, a power of attorney in accordance with Form No. 11 of the "Notice on Personal Information Processing Methods (No. 2020-7)" must be submitted.
④ Requests for access to personal information and suspension of processing may be restricted under Articles 35 Paragraph 4 and Article 37 Paragraph 2 of the 「Personal Information Protection Act」.
⑤ Requests for correction and deletion of personal information cannot be made if the personal information is specifically collected under other laws.
⑥ We will verify whether the person making a request for access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing is the individual themselves or a legitimate representative.
⑦ Minors under 19 years of age can use our services with the consent of their legal representative. We verify the consent of legal representatives for children under 14 years old. Minors under 19 years old should not provide personal information to us without the consent of their legal representative. If minors under 19 years of age provide their personal information without the consent of their legal representative, we are not responsible for the collection and processing of the personal information.
① Only if you separately consent, we use your lesson recordings (audio and video), transcripts and related lesson content to train AI models. The trained models may be used in our current and future products and services, including to develop new products and features.
② You may refuse to consent. If you do not consent, you can still use all of our services, including AI features.
③ Personal information used for AI model training is retained while your account is open or until you withdraw your consent.
④ You may withdraw your consent at any time in your privacy settings or by emailing [email protected]. If you do not consent or you withdraw your consent, your personal information will not be used for AI model training from that point on.
⑤ We train AI models ourselves. Training data is stored and processed on infrastructure in the United States provided by the vendors below. These vendors provide only hosting and computing infrastructure and do not access your personal information or use it for their own purposes, including training their own models.
