Victoria
Hello!
Hello! My name is Victoria and I am so excited to meet and tutor you! I am a university professor and medical provider who has a great passion for travel, languages, and meeting people from around the world! I am happy to teach students of all levels, whether you are just beginning to learn English or you have been studying English for years. I can help you with both conversational and professional English. We will also work on your grammar and pronunciation! I want to know your specific goals and learning styles and will always keep those in mind during sessions. I'm excited to work with you soon!
I have many hobbies and interests. Firstly, I love to travel! I have visited Bulgaria, Croatia, Iceland, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Ireland, England, Iceland, Mexico, and a few Caribbean Islands. When I travel, I like to explore both a nation's culture and its natural wonders. Specifically, I love learning about art and trying new foods. I also enjoy hiking, scuba diving, and snowboarding. Outside of traveling, I'm a big fan of music! I love finding both traditional and contemporary artists from different nations. I played the flute growing up, but these days I mostly listen to music rather than perform it. I'm also a fan of sports! I competed in rhythmic gymnastics for many years as a kid and studied dance at university. I enjoy watching sports matches with friends. I recently moved from a big city to the country and am enjoying the change of pace! I have three dogs and am learning to grow my own fruits and vegetables. I'm really excited to speak to you about our interests, whether they're ones we have in common or ones I'm less familiar with!

Teaching Style
As a teacher, I am very patient and passionate about helping my students. I'll make sure that every one of our lessons is the perfect balance of fun and educational! I want you to leave every session feeling more confident in your English speaking and comprehension abilities. During our lessons, we will mostly engage in scenarios and conversations about topics that interest you! From time to time, we will also look at supplemental materials to help with your reading and listening! I like for my students to ask questions and give suggestions on how to make lessons more useful and enjoyable!
