I have been teaching English for 15 years and its always exciting to meet new students from all over the world! I've worked in the USA, in Madrid, Spain and in South Korea. I'm very flexible and happy to tailor our lessons to any level or style thats necessary to make the most out of our time together.
I am from the USA but now I live in Porto, Portugal. I love to travel, I love to hike, and to wakeboard in the summer. I also like to stay inside and read a fun book or watch a drama or sci-fi.

I always encourage my students to speak as much as possible, and I provide feedback and corrections in a supportive and constructive manner. My lessons are tailored to each student's needs and interests. Whether you want to improve your pronunciation, expand your vocabulary, or work on your fluency, I will design lessons that are relevant and engaging for you. Our conversations will also highlight the cultural nuances of the English language, which will help you communicate more effectively with native speakers. I have experience in a diversity of settings. I've taught English Language Arts for many years in Seattle, WA; I've taught bilingual high school students from Madrid, Spain; private English lessons in South Korea; and even one on one private tutoring as well. Whatever your needs are I'm confident we can find the right activity together.
