Hello!
Hi! My name is Anna and I have been a Primary School teacher for over 15 years. Over the past 6 years, I've been teaching in Thailand at an International School. I have lots of experience teaching English to second-language speakers. I love to meet and get to know new people and think this is a great way to teach others conversational English. As I have been teaching in a Primary School, I feel this has given me the experience necessary to teach English to adults, hopefully in a relaxed and fun way.
I am from New Zealand, but for the past 6 years I have been living in Thailand, 5 of those years in Bangkok. I've had the best time in Thailand, traveling, eating, and meeting new people. Now I am planning on traveling and teaching online for the next little while. Some of my hobbies are good food and coffee, traveling, art, reading, the beach, yoga, and so many more things. I love trying new hobbies and activities, and I love learning new things too. I'm looking forward to meeting and teaching new people this year.

My teaching style is relaxed and fun. I believe that we need to practice things in different contexts for us to remember them, and I think learning needs to be fun. I like to get to know my students and then use their interests to help make the learning interesting. I am more of a visual and hands-on teacher, and even though we're online, I'll be trying my best to teach this way.
