Hello! My name is Rachel and I am so excited to help you learn English! I have a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education and a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership. Both of these degrees have helped me ensure that I am able to teach English properly. I have been teaching for the last 7 years and I have taught everything from Pre-School to 5th Grade. I would love to help you start your journey to being proficient in English and I hope to meet you soon!
I was born and raised in Florida and have used English as my language my entire life. I have a dog, a cat, two horses, and seven chickens. I am also a singer and guitarist. During the week I am an Assistant Principal of an Elementary School. On the weekends, I play music at restaurants and other locations and give horseback riding lessons. I have a wonderful family and love to spend time with them when I am free.

My teaching style can be described as flexible because depending on the student I am working with I can adapt my teaching to meet their needs. I have experience working with beginners learning the alphabet names and sounds, but I also have experience with those who are proficient in English but need help cleaning up their skills. I am patient with my students who need more time to master skills, but can also enrich those that need a challenge. When you are in a lesson with me you can expect growth in your English abilities, celebration of your successes within the language, and a fun learning environment.
