I wish you all the best in your endeavours and I miss you already. Alex I have IELTS Speaking Teacher Training Certification. I am a highly experienced and qualified mother-tongue English teacher with a business, scientific and information technology background who is available to give private or group lessons online. With a TEFL qualification, I have been teaching English in public and private colleges and schools in England and then Italy since 2013. I have taught students of all ages and abilities and have trained them to take Cambridge (PET, First Certificate, Advanced) examinations as well as IELTS. I enjoy conversing online with my students on a wide range of scientific, cultural, historical, and moral topics and talking about my life in England.
I am married to an ex-lawyer who is now also an English teacher. We have one daughter, who works as a Social Worker near Manchester. We love to meet up for hikes in the countryside and to eat out in restaurants. However, we don't currently have much time for these activities as we are restoring a 100-year-old house and garden.

I try and engage students with interesting topics so that they speak naturally and therefore improve fluency. I do not criticise a person's accent unless it gets in the way of them being understood. In England, we are used to hearing the accents of people from all over the world. Your accent is your identity.
