We can put your subscription on hold if you will be away for one week or more. Please contact us at [email protected] and tell us in advance when you'll be away so that we know when to start pausing and when to stop pausing your subscription. This will ensure that you don't lose any days on Cambly!
Unfortunately, we can only honor requests if they are submitted to us in advance, and only for hold periods of 1 week or more (e.g. you cannot put your subscription on hold for just 2 days).
