Taught and provided daily full-time instruction and childcare for 12-24 students; Private fine arts preschool centered around learning through the arts, potty training and nap time routine and planned and implemented fun exciting lessons, Led 80 kids in the morning greet the day program using music and dance. Outdoor year around vegatable garden and Waterplay in the summer. Teaching Experience: I currently am a Student Adviser at a Film School in Los Angeles, so I help students find work in the entertainment industry. I also help them polish their resumes (CV) and prepare for interviews. Before that I also used to teach speech and debate and tutor math and English for students between elementary and high school.

Interests: I enjoy meeting and talking to people about anything. Some of my interests include sports, entertainment, food, and traveling. However, I also want people to feel like they can talk to me about anything and I would be happy to have conversations about family, relationships, work, and careers.

Teaching Experience: I began my teaching career in New York where I taught students from around the world at Baruch College, Aspect Manhattan College, Kaplan International, and Embassy English school. Here in Los Angeles, I taught for over 10 years in the public school school system.

Interests: I'm an actor as well as a teacher and enjoying talking about the entertainment industry, TV shows, and old films. I'm always interested in what's going on in the world, so politics always interests me. Basically, I'm interested in people -- so whatever interests you will probably interest me!

Education: I went to UCLA and have a B.A. (cum laude) in Theatre Arts. I also have a certificate in songwriting from The Grove School of Music, a California public school teaching credential, and the Cambridge University CELTA.

Teaching Experience: I worked as an oral English teacher in Huadu, Guangzhou, China from March 2014 to June 2015. Before teaching in China, I substitute taught in Los Angeles, CA January and February 2014. Prior to that I was an autism aide and worked at an afterschool program.

Interests: I like to play sports. I love animals. My favorite hobby is dancing and listening to music. Because I live in a country plagued by obesity, I exercise (run or strength train) everyday. My favorite food is cheese and my favorite dessert is brownies...yummy! I also have favorite Chinese foods. They are chao mi fen and yang mei.

Education: I obtained my undergraduate degree at UCLA in marine biology. I earned my multiple subject teaching credential through the University of LaVerne.

Teaching Experience: I taught Math to ESL students in Chicago for a few years. During that time, I also traveled to Saigon, Vietnam and Gulu, Uganda to work with teachers on developing English curriculum. I tutored students in low-income communities for their SATs for several years and still work with students to edit their college essays.

Interests: I love traveling! I just went backpacking in Europe last year, and I'm hoping to backpack in Southeast Asia this year. I also love food. I'm not picky at all and will eat anything set in front of me. I feel traveling and food go hand-in-hand and I've learned a lot about other people through their cuisine. I read a lot and like to peruse used book stores wherever I go. I also try several new things activities a year - this year I'm learning how to rock climb and how to play the ukulele!

Education: I went to UCLA for my B.A. in political science. It was an amazing experience, particularly because I was learning really interesting topics like voting trends and presidential communications right when Obama was throwing his hat into the ring. I loved it! I then went on to study education and got my masters in teaching from Dominican University. Shortly after, I pivoted and went on to study public health and received my second masters from Boston University.

Teaching Experience: I have experience teaching elementary school children in grades 3 and 4. I have experience working with students who need help with the English language. I currently tutor ESL students at any level.

Interests: I love arts and crafts! I enjoy going on vacation with my family. I love cooking, baking, dancing, and being organized.
