Profession: English Teacher
Teaching Experience: I've been an English teacher for about thirteen years now. I've taught in both language schools and universities in a variety of places around the world, like Morocco, Tunisia, Indonesia, and Turkey, as well as the U.S. I'm well versed in teaching all the language skills: speaking, listening, reading, and writing, in addition to pronunciation and any number of language functions. In my career, I've facilitated language acquisition outside of the classroom as well.
Interests: My outdoor interests are: hiking, camping, mountaineering, biking, surfing, and gardening My indoor interests are: reading books (history, novels, science), writing (journalism), and...cooking! I also enjoy working on my house in a variety of projects. Also, I love traveling.
Education: I have a B.A. in American Literature from Stockton State College and an M.A. in Contemporary Literature and Writing from the University of Arizona. I also have a CELTA from St. Giles International Language Institute in San Francisco.
