Helped and supported Colombian students in the process of learning English in the ESL classroom. Co-planned and co-taught tenth and eleventh grade English classes alongside a Colombian teacher at the Institución Educativa Kennedy in Medellín, Colombia.

Created homework assignments, lesson plans, tests, and projects from scratch using the school’s Spanish curricula as a reference. Worked and collaborated with department head and other teachers in regards to lessons and professional development. Advised, organized, and directed the Spanish Honor Society for the 2016-2017 school year. Have experience teaching students from all grades 9-12.

Overall GPA 3.3 and awarded Cum Laude. Studied abroad in Buenos Aires, Argentina for Winter 2014. Wrote undergraduate thesis on voseo in Latin America for Fall 2014. Co-substituted for SPN 202 professor for one week for March 2014. Student taught for practicum for January 2015-May 2015 at Hamilton-Wenham Regional High School in Hamilton, MA.
