Profession: Textile Researcher
Teaching Experience: My first experience with teaching came from different tutoring opportunities I had to work with elementary school kids in California. Since then I’ve also taught English learners of different ages in various capacities. I’ve worked closely with refugees who have just arrived in the U.S. to help them get jobs with formal workshops and job trainings. In my time abroad in South Korea and Laos I also met with students for informal conversations and help with homework to improve their English skills.
Interests: I love fashion, food, traveling, nature, and culture. I enjoy learning about individuals and people from different cultural backgrounds. I love to teach people about my own background and American culture.
Education: I graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with my Bachelor's of Art in Anthropology in 2014.
Spoken Languages: English (Native)
