Profession: Former ESL teacher, currently Cinematographer
Teaching Experience: I taught English for 4 years in Tokyo at an 'eikaiwa' (English conversation school) to students aged 0-80. Lessons varied between free conversation, reading and analysis of texts (newspapers, magazine articles, books), grammar teaching, and planned lessons revolving around themes.
Interests: Film, especially cinematography, is my main interest. I also have a background in photography so I would say this was my other passion. I love cooking, especially Asian cuisine, as I lived in Japan and travelled extensively around Asia. I have two cats!
Education: I went to St. Paul's Girls' School for my secondary education, and The University of Leeds for my undergraduate degree, History of Art and English. I have a masters degree in Filmmaking from The London Film School, and am about to start a second masters degree in Cinematography at The National Film and Television School.
Spoken Languages: English (Native)
