Profession: ESL teacher; travel enthusiast
Expérience d'enseignement: I am currently working as an English teacher in Japan! I teach at four schools: two elementary schools and two junior high schools. In elementary school, I lead the whole lesson, making my own lesson plans, activities, worksheets, and games. In junior high school, I am an assistant to the Japanese teacher, usually helping the students with their pronunciation and listening comprehension, as well as teaching them about the culture and traditions of America.
Intérêts: I love traveling and experiencing new cultures, meeting new people, and - most importantly - trying new food! I've gone zip-lining in the Caribbean, walked under the orange torii gates in Kyoto, and fed kangaroos in Australia. Next stop, London! I studied Zoology in college so I'm passionate about animals (my favorite is the snow leopard) and nature. I enjoy hiking, swimming, camping, and I am currently learning rock climbing.
Éducation: San Diego State University, CA, USA with a degree in Zoology.
Langues parlées: anglais (Maternel)
