Profession: Speech Language Pathologist
Teaching Experience: I completed coursework and student teaching during university in elementary education. I have experience for 10 years as a speech-language pathologist with a special interest in dual language learning. In the past, I have worked with adults who have had strokes and brain injuries on recovering their language and eating skills. Currently, I teach children under the age of three who are developing language at a slower rate than is typical or who are diagnosed with another syndrome, such as Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Interests: I have lived all over the United States (East coast, West coast, Midwest, South). I am currently learning Spanish. I enjoy running, biking, and swimming and race in triathlons.
Education: Bachelors Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders
Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
