Profession: Formal and informal educator
Teaching Experience: I have worked with various ages of young people and adults for both English acquisition and general teaching positions on topics such as cultural understanding, conflict resolution, and active listening. I just spent nine months in Israel teaching and tutoring English, among other things, to various age groups, including 9-11 year olds and young adults between the ages of 20 and 35. Currently, I work as a counselor and teacher at an English learning camp for students with learning disabilities, continuing on in Israel.
Interests: Traveling, backpacking, COUCHSURFING (if you are part of this community, feel free to reach out there as well!), serious foodie, wine and beer knowledge (and interested in learning more - always!), herbology, healing, vibrational therapy, mindfulness, meditation, working with children and youth, international music, amateur audio mixing
Education: I am a recent graduate from George Mason University for my Bachelor's degree in Conflict Analysis and Resolution. In addition, I also studied Consciousness and Transformation, which has put me on a path of combining human and cultural understanding with interpersonal and community conflict resolution alternatives. I hope to pursue a Master's in Conflict Resolution within the next 3-5 years from my alma mater :)
Spoken Languages: English (Native), Spanish (Conversational), Hebrew (Basic)
