Profession: English teacher and Marketing and Research
Teaching Experience: I have two years of teaching experience, the first for the British council in a city called Belfort in western France and the second for the ministry of education in Colombia where is lived in Santa Marta on the northern caribbean coast. In both instances I taught to students between the ages of 14 and 24, the younger students being in secondary education and the older students in post secondary, either studying to become teachers themselves or studying for other vocational courses.
Interests: I currently live in Canada in the Kootenay mountains where I ski numerous times a week. I love playing sports, going for hikes, reading, watching TV and hanging out with my friends. I also love travelling and finding out about people from different areas of the world and learning about their cultures.
Education: I went to Merchant Taylors' school in London where I took my A-levels and then went on to study French and Francophone studies at the University of Nottingham. In my second year I took ESL modules which were focused on teaching English as a foreign language.
