Profession: Home, teaching, nurse.
Teaching Experience: I am particularly good at helping to PERFECT YOUR ENGLISH SPEAKING. I am also able to TEACH CHILDREN ENGLISH. My greatest experience as an English teacher was with my four boys. We live in Mexico, so I wanted them to learn English just like the children living in the United States do - and they did learn English very well. We lived in the States when they were in High School, and one of my sons graduated with honors in English, and another son graduated a year early. I have taught English from Kindergarten through High School. I have also taught English to individuals and small groups (ages 7 - 34) here in Mexico, with great success. My areas of strength are conversational English, correcting you while you speak, and correcting your writing.
Interests: I like to read, watch good movies, and talk about almost anything! ; ) I grew up in India for 5 years (from 1 and 1/2 years old, to 6 and 1/2 years old) - as a missionary kid. I have traveled quite a bit - thanks to my parents - so I am aware of other cultures, and find it easy to relate to them. Other things I enjoy are animals, nature, swimming, hiking, biking, writing, good food - especially desserts, studying the Bible, music - Christian and country-Christian, singing, playing games, cross-stitch, keeping in touch with my family and friends, memorizing Bible verses, and encouraging others.
Education: I went to college in Loma Linda, California. I studied nursing at the Loma Linda School of Nursing, and received both an AS and a BS degree in nursing.
Spoken Languages: English (Native)
