Profession: TEFL Certified Teacher
Teaching Experience: I have been volunteering at the Washington English Center in Washington, D.C. for about a year now teaching English to business professionals. Their ages range from 16 to 50 years old. I have taught beginner, intermediate, and advanced students during my time here. I am also teaching my nephew the basics of English before he starts school. Things like his ABC's, numbers, nursery rhymes, colors, and how to read and write.
Interests: I absolutely love to read. Most of the time you can find me with my nose in a book about finance. I enjoy traveling and experience different cultures. Anything that has to do with water excites me, whether it be swimming, snorkeling, or kayaking. Beaches are my favorite place to be, and hiking up mountains and volcanoes excite me like no other. Photography has my heart, I love taking pictures and capturing memories.
Education: I graduated from Landstown High School in Virginia Beach, VA. I then attended Tidewater Community College and Virginia Commonwealth University for higher learning. I became TEFL/TESOL certified through the International TEFL Academy, based in Chicago Illinois.
Spoken Languages: English (Native)
