Assisted in the supervision and instruction of a twenty person forestry crew in which I traveled throughout the U.S. and Mexico. I was active in teaching helicopter safety to new recruits as well as operating as a medic in the field.

I fullfilled the duties as a primary school teacher working in both public and private schools for three years before moving to Alaska. While in Alaska, I moved off-grid to build my own cabin and concentrate on my writing.

For seven years, I was responsible for the health and safety of Alaska Native youths who suffered from mental imparements and could not live idependently. I used my ability in sign language to instruct them in learning life skills.

兴趣: I am an American teacher working and loving life in Thailand. But I am also a farmer, writer, and artist. I have worked as an educator for 9 years, with 7 of these teaching English abroad. I have many interests and cultural experiences that I've picked up living in other countries, and after having worked in different careers, I recognize I am able to supplement my student's learning experience on Cambly.
