Profession: I am now an upholsterer.

Teaching Experience: When I used to work as a Dietitian, I used many different communication skills. I am a confident speaker and enjoy talking to new people.

Interests: I love walking and hiking, cooking, baking and I'm learning to sail! I have lived in several different countries and enjoy learning about new cultures.

Education: I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh. I also have a Masters degree in Law and Ethics in Medicine from The University of Glasgow.
