Intérêts: My interests and hobbies include cooking - I used to be a professional chef in London and I now write for various publications about food and travel. I also have a love for the outdoors especially hiking and wild swimming, which I get to do often here in Italy. I also practice Yoga and Pilates most days. When I have free time I also love to read and watch films when I have time.

Éducation: Bachelor of Arts degree with honours in Historical studies, majoring in Modern European Studies, Teaching English as a second language - CELTA Qualification.
