Profession: I currently work online and am a writer. My first book is Mexican Cartonería: Paper, paste and fiesta (Schiffer, 2019)
Teaching Experience: Taught 15 years (2003-2018) at the Instituto Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey in Mexico City. Before that, I taught at the University of Arizona and Cochise College (1996-2003). In all schools, I taught English composition to native and non-native speakers as well as advanced ESL classes. I currently work online and am a writer. My first book is Mexican Cartonería: Paper, paste and fiesta (Schiffer, 2019)
Interests: I am a long-time English teacher at the high school and university levels. I have a Masters in TESOL and really enjoy teaching advanced students, writing skills and test preparatioins (IELTS, TOEFL, SAT, etc.). I am both a language teacher and students, so I understand language learning from both sides.
Education: M.A. in TESOL from the University of Arizona (2003), B.A. in Spanish (Linguistics) from the University of Arizona (2001) and B.A. in Linguists from Rutgers University (1986)
