I am currently a Mindfulness and Life Coach, helping people who wish to develop a greater sense of peace, balance and drive in their lives.

Experiencia en educación: My teaching career began after having completed my studies at University. I lectured to the Human Movement and Sport Science students from 2005 to 2010.

I lectured Film Production to filmmaking students in 2012, after having completed the course myself the previous year.

I taught English to Thai students in Thailand, from April 2013 to March 2015.

I have been teaching EAL (English as an Additional Language) in Bahrain, Middle East for the last 3 years. From Oct 2015 to July 2018.

Intereses: I am a Mindfulness, Life and Relationship Coach. I love what I do, supporting others in their goals, and desire to develop greater mindfulness and confidence in their lives.

I also spend my mornings, teaching English here on Cambly where I can meet fascinating people and students from all over the world. Teaching them the language of English, in a fun and engaging way.

I can teach adults, and kids, as well as help prepare those who need to take IELTS, or prepare for an interview.
