Profession: Substitute Teacher
Teaching Experience: Professionally, I was trained and TEFL certified when I lived and worked in China for one year as an English teacher. I have always had many international students as friends and have been a constant help and tutor to them. I don't mind struggling with you to find the right words and phrases! That is my favorite thing to do! I currently work as a substitute teacher for American students of all ages and backgrounds.
Interests: I love discussing culture, current events and news, celebrities, popular culture, internet culture, and more. I am always interested in learning about different countries-- even talking about boring things can lead to a fascinating discussion! Since I lived in China, I love talking about Asia, as well. I visited Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, and Thailand! Tell me about your life and travels!
Education: I have a Bachelor's degree in English Literature. My university was a tiny little school in Pennsylvania, USA, called Susquehanna University. There, I refined my reading, writing, and vocabulary skills. I consider myself an expert in my own language!
Spoken Languages: English (Native)
