Profession: Social Worker

Teaching Experience: I teach educational groups to adults in order to help them learn how to deal with life stressors, better work through relationships, and how to effectively communicate. Previously I have worked with children as a substitute teacher for grades k-12.

Interests: I have two dogs and love going on adventures with them. I enjoy mountain biking, hiking, being in the mountains, spending time creating memories with friends and reading.

Education: I have my Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Social Work.
