Profession: Marketing Coordinator
Teaching Experience: I've been teaching English, Portuguese, and Spanish online since 2010 through platforms such as Livemocha, Verbling, SharedTalk, and miscellaneous language groups.
Additionally, I worked for the Asian Association of Utah in Salt Lake City, where I provided language interpretation services to speakers of French, Spanish, and Portuguese.
My latest experience with teaching English in person was at Brigham Young University Hawaii, where I recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Over 70% of the University's student body is represented by international students from over 100 countries, and there I was able to assist students with tutoring.
Interests: I love traveling and have been lucky to have visited over 30 countries as of right now. I have been privileged to live in Utah, Hawaii, Brazil, and France, and each place has contributed to my growth as a citizen of the world.
I love learning languages and can speak 6 languages. I am a great travel planner and assist most of my friends with their plans, whether they are looking to go backpacking in Nepal, or traveling through Europe, I always know how to find good deals and nice places to socialize and have a good time.
Besides that, I love anything outdoors, especially surfing.
Education: I went to high school in Utah, and also in São Paulo, Brazil.
I went to LDS Business College in Salt Lake City, Utah, for my Associate's degree in Business and Accounting, and to Brigham Young University-Hawaii for my Bachelor's degree in Business Administration: Supply Chain & Operations.
